A quick b-day card; sort of pinched some ideas from Stampin Up! catalogue.
There is a back story to this card creation... I applied for a "free goodies" competition on the one of card crafting manazine few months ago for Stampin Up! "Sew Lovely" stamp collection (cost £26). I don't think I won it but thinking about this stamps a lot since. To forget about it, I thought I should make one by myself!! So I did :)
Just purchased few more Stampin Up! products so I wanted to try out few ideas. I under estimated the quality of their ribbons; they are really a top class. Probably the most expensive ribbons out there but it is worth it. I also tried out "Button, Button" collection from Stampin Up!. This is from 2011 mini catalogue. I just LOVE looking at the stamps :)

The stamp image is from LotV, called "Me and My Pony" (£4). Bought this stamp a while ago but never used until now! I also used Martha Stewart's Edge/ Border punches to finish.

I hope I haven't post this card before... This is one of my best ever card that I made a while ago. Originally made for Xmas card last year (I will post last year's Xmas card selection later this year :)) but I LOVE this card so much, I made this for a birthday card for someone at work.
Sadly, not my original idea; I think I saw this similar card in the one of crafting magazine last year. I truly enjoyed making this card & will be making one again soon (that someone requested me to make one for her...).
As you can imagine, this is a hard work piece! Took me whole day to make one!

This is from 2011 UK Stampin' Up catalogue called "On a Pedestal" stamp sets (a set of 7 stamps, £17). Absolutely LOVE this set & I know I will be Stampin' with this set quite often near future :)

I can not believe how quickly I made this card. WoW. So simple to make but so nice! I used one of my Nestabilities and fold into two with double sided paper. Thank You to YouTube for the above card idea tho :)

Something "bright" for a week to come ahead (and nearly over from the Easter holiday break..), this is something to cheer me & you up :) NICE.
I made this card in an hour. I thought I should take much longer to make such. I LOVE the Red backing paper with chamomile flower; this is one of my favourite. I used Martha Stewart punches for the two leafs & flower with red pearls to finish. Also used Paula P's sentiment stamp (Personal Impression range).

Just LOVE this Bunny Butt card idea I saw on the web somewhere. I thought why not use this card for something else but from "Easter" card. Can be "B-day" card!

I don't usually "do" quick card but here is one. Took me less than an hour. This is a record.
Stampin' Up from very new 2011 Mini Catalogue (UK), called "Sail Away" stamp. LOVE it. Also I find very rare to purchase single stamp from their catalogue; usually comes with many little stamps in a set. Just received a box of "goodies" looks like from Germany. Yes, I have few new "things" :) YaY.
Never have enough money to purchase all of their Stapim' Up goodies & new catalogues/ products are keep popin' up.... NVM, happy crafting everyone!
