29 Bunny Butt
Just LOVE this Bunny Butt card idea I saw on the web somewhere. I
thought why not use this card for something else but from "Easter" card.
Can be "B-day" card!
Happy Royal Wedding Day :)
What a card for this occasion... lol.

27 Stampin' Up - Sail Away
I don't usually "do" quick card but here is one. Took me less than an
hour. This is a record.
Stampin' Up from very new 2011 Mini Catalogue (UK), called "Sail Away"
stamp. LOVE it. Also I find very rare to purchase single stamp from
their catalogue; usually comes with many little stamps in a set. Just
received a box of "goodies" looks like from Germany. Yes, I have few new
"things" :) YaY.
Never have enough money to purchase all of their Stapim' Up goodies &
new catalogues/ products are keep popin' up.... NVM, happy crafting
everyone!

26 Have a cuppa with me?
I saw this similar card on the web & I made this too :) Totally fall in
LOVE with this card idea & so much potential with Woodware's "Sharing a
Cuppa" stamp set (£10) for variety card ideas. Watch out for future
"Cuppa" card!

25 Sailing away card
I felt like doing "heat embossing" & "distressing" on the weekend.
Another quick card. The stamps are from Inkadinkado. Perfect men's
card. I didn't expected to be so nicely done at the end. Everyone
absolutly LOVED this card :). Happy Sailing to you all!

22 LotV's Wedding Couple
Here again, another wedding card from LotV's "Wedding Copuple" stamp. I
used this stamp at least 6 times by now & I think I can continue to use
this stamp forever (except someone decided to have 2nd wedding ... lol).
This is my favourite wedding stamp and only stamp that I have in my
collection. Truly a lovely card indeed.
Still maintaining on using the expensive Martha Stewart Lever Deep Edge
Punch - Double Loop Weave (£18) instead of ribbon across the card. I
think it went well on the loop punch.
Total regret on the sentinment - congrats. I personally wanted in
"italic" style & should of done in slight light colour (not bright
black!). Hopefully I do better next time; always learn from my mistake :)

21 Stampin' Up - Sweet Herbs
My Stampin' Up card continues..
This is called "Sweet Herbs" stamp set from 1999 US catalogue. I sent
this card for a special family & they absolutely loved it (I love this
card too!). It was truly tough to see this card go from my card
collection....

20 Stampin' Up - Autumn Days card
I bought this Stampin' Up - Autumn Days set at first time this year from
2011 UK catalogue. This is probably my favourite stamp in the catalogue
this year. I have few ideas with the stamp set so please do look
forward to seeing this stamp again in the near future :)
I made this card urgently for my mother-in-law. I am not sure if she
got this card by post.... (or not).
I have no pens that I can just ink the stamp directly onto them so I
used my recent purchased "Big & Juicy ink pad" - Spice (£12) for
multiple colour touch. I think stamped well on the background paper too.
A simple but still elegant looking card. That is why I probably like
Stampin' Up product so much :)

19 Hero Arts - Classic Bloom card
Another Graham Hansford's idea card @ The Glitter Pot class. White
embossing powder(heated) was used and I could of coloured in but somehow
it is actually nice as it is (?). I might do a quick pink chalk to
finish touch when I decided to give this away (maybe). A very quick
card.

Another Graham Hansford's card idea with ribbon technique. The stamp is
from Hero Arts called "Flower Wreath" (£11). Very simple & quick card to
make. I like it.

15 Hero Arts - Vintage and Musical Collage
Hero Arts - Vintage stamp set of 4 stamps (£22) (@ left), and Musical
Collage stamp (Large; £11) (@ right).
A class was ran by Graham Hansford @ The Glitter Pot earlier this year.
I had Graham @ second time; he is very talented crafter. His crafting
knowledge is just unspeakable; I learned so much in a day spend time
with him. He also bring some crafting gadgets to show us all & his
various techniques are something that I would continue to use in my
future crafting career. Truly amazing.
Good ideas for Men's cards.

14 Stamping Bella - Addy tude is a Cupcake DIVA
Having a little break from Stampin' Up; this is my another favourite
stamps from 'Stamping Bella' collection called "ADDY tude is a CUPCAKE
DIVA" (£8).
I love Stamping Bella... Why are they so expensive!? Why don't they sell
thier entire stamp collections in the UK?! Why can't we buy their latest
stamps?! Why are they based in the US?! So not fair!! I want their
entire stamp collections! (Sorry for my stressed out speach... hard day
@ work; I needed it...).
For this stamp image, I used Woodware Micro Beads (£4 for 12 colours) on
the cupcake icing (see below). One regret; I should of coloured in
before I sprinckle the micro beads... As you can imagine, it was a hard
work to glue them on.
A little touch of happy b-day sentiment to stamp inside the card to
finish. It's Paula P's Personal Impression stamp collection. Very nice :)

13 Stampin' Up - A Little Bit of Happiness
Stampin' Up - A Little Bit of Happiness stamp set (I think they are from
2010 UK catalogue). I thought the stamp images are much bigger but the
actual stamps were so small!!! Give you a hint; above card is only C6
size!
I was thinking about colouring in the images (before I purchase them)
but the stamp images are so small/ tiny; my colour pens could not even
go into small details so I stamped onto at least 20 different backing
pagers, cut into pieces & glued on them! Honestly, I spent all day/
night to finish this up!
Also used my latest purchased Martha Steward Lever Deep Edge Punch -
Double Loop Weave. I love them. They cost me £18 (?!) so you will be
seeing this edge punch again in the next few days/ weeks/ months!
Tell you the truth, I LOVE this card! Sadly, the card is already gone to
someone special :)
Hope you like it too...

12 My first Stampin' Up - Sweet Summer 2011
This is my very first Stampin' Up card that I made earlier this year. I
absolutely fall in LOVE with Stampin' Up products since I attended a
workshop demonstrated by a Pro; Sarah Pinnington. Sarah was more than a
"Pro"; well experienced for what she does & totally made our party
organised & running smoothly. I highly recommend her if you live in
South Eastern region. I just loved the idea of someone come into your
house & have a crafting party! What an idea! This is the stamp set that
we used on the party. I also got this Sale-A-Bration; 'Sweet Summer'
stamp set for FREE after purchased few products! Their products are not
cheap but how can you resist?! I went CRAZY on the purchase... (no
regret at all what so ever!!).
Stampin' Up products can be purchased via Demonstrators ONLY from yearly
issued catalogue. I think they also issue some new "Mini" catalogues
annually, to keep up with latest stamp set to sell & mainly to maintain
interest on their products throughout the year (it is working on ME all
right...). They change most of the products annually so you have one
chance to buy/ collect them within that year. Good strategy of sales &
marketing. Very interesting. I actually looking for "Rusty Rooster"
stamp set from 2010 catalogue; if anyone wish to sell, please do let me
know! I pay big in return (name your price!!!).
The above stamp set can not be purchased; you have to spend more than
£30 to get a free stamp set (total of 5 different sets to choose from).
So obiously, you have to spend £150 to collect all FREE goodies (OMG!
Don't worry; I didn't spend that much!).
Their stamp sets contains many little pieces so you end up using variety
of stamps to make an image on a card (more like two-way stamping
things). This is something that I have never done & I am not used to
build a image by stamping this way so I always get a bit scared... All I
need is some practice :)
My card crafting hobby has seriously kickin in since the party & got few
stamp sets after that. I am more into "Stamping" now. Tipically, I don't
have much time to craft so I have not used much at all! But not to
worry; my Stampin' Up collection will not be a waste (watch me!).
I have done few cards using Stampin' Up products so I will post some
from tomorrow :) Hopefully you will Enjoy my cards to come!
Happy stamping everyone! Love, Mika

11 Birdie in the Cage card
Using Marianne Design dies; Large Bird on Branch (£7) and Birdcage -
Tunis (£11). I went totally original with this idea; I could not seem to
find anyone making a card with the new Marianne Design's birdie in the
Cage card on the net anywhere!!?! I pictured totally different from what
I made above. My next card will be better (hopefully).
I made this card for a good friend who did not received my hand-made
Xmas card (I sent to her old address so she didn't get it). She wanted a
card from me so bad....; I made one especially for her. She has a
talking bird @ home so I thought I do something with 'birdie'.
As you can see, I finished up the card @ 2am... My night crafting never
ends! Instead of a bird song, I can hear fox screaming at the back
forest! I'm too scared to see outside now... nite nite.

08 LotV's Teddy with Bouquet
This is probaly one of my favourite stamp of all; LOTV's "Teddy with
Bouquet" card. I made this stamp cards so many time by now (at least 5
times!!!). You would not believe how much details I went in & many hours
spent on this one card for my special sister-in-law.
I say nothing more; just enjoy the lovely card above :)

07 Patch a House cards
This is also from 2011 Woodware stamp set called 'Patch a House' (£10).
Another Francoise Read's class that I attended @ The Glitter Pot in
Surrey. Wow, really love it & bought the stamp set also... Her ideas
are just amazing! I never made a house card before; always good to have
variety of stamps in my stash. Never know when this card will be handy
one day.

06 Patch an Owl cards
New 2011 Woodware stamp set called "Patch An Owl" (£10). Yes, I bought
this stamp set after I attended a class @ The Glitter Pot in Surrey.
I heard from few people that Francoise Read is one of the very
professional card crafter before I attended the class but truly,
seriously, she was really good in every way. Prepared well in advance so
that we had everything we need to make a card, all cut into the right
sizes, good paper selection (latest!), using ribon, punches, stamping,
could choose paper colours etc. I was truly satisfied! She was
previously a teacher (?) so as you can imagine, noob like me could
follow her easily all the way.
We made two card above in the morning; Oh my; so nice!

05 Men's Shirt card
This is my third 'Men's Shirt' card that I made from Papercraft
Inspirations Magazine template few months ago. Always an issue with
Men's card idea; this is just fantastic! I really like this card. Stick
to 2 colours tone & it looks quite nice indeed :)
The sentiment is from Personal Impression - Paula P's stamp collection
(which I really love).
I went a bit too far with little details so it took me good couple of
hours to make this...

04 Filmstrip Frames card
Using Sizzix Decorative Strips by Tim Holtz, called 'Filmstrip Frames'
(just over £10). This is not my original idea; I saw the similar card in
Paula P's blog few weeks ago & I just loved it. A very quick card (made
in an hour). I wasn't sure what colours the b-day girl likes so I went
into multiple colours.. I still not sure on the paper choice that I used
(big regret!); I could of done it better...
Cutting a base card into a half was not something that I have never
done! I knew it would be difficult to put them back together but it
wasn't that bad. I did it ok. Very unsual to make such 'trendy' &
'simple' card. I enjoyed it.
