31 Fatty Kitty card

Specially been requested for a "Fatty Cat" card so here it is! I got this stamps by extending my card craft magazine subscription few weeks ago & it was such a good timing on the delivery. The stamp image is from Penny Black collection called "It's Your Day". I love the stamp set; there were over 15 stamps in a set and has so much potential in the variety cards in the future.

So long story to finish up this card... one of the issue was my colour printer died just after printed out the sentiment tag... I went a bit too far for the "3D" effect too (4 layers! - see below).

I struggled to make the card at first but finished up okay. I personally wanted to keep the card but had to say "good bye" to one of my LOVing card once again... Well, I finished the card in the day light for a change :)

25 Poincettia & a lady man

I have never made a stand-up card before. I made this @ Glitter Pot class. This is not my original idea; it was Graham Hansford. He was quite a chara; a lady man. Everyone lovin him in the class & hard to forget :) I am sure I will see him around again (well, I think he is going on the QVC show tomorrow....).

This is one of "2010 Xmas Woodware stamp collection - Poincettia". It was unfortunete that Glitter Pot sold out on the day... I really liked this one and has potential making various versions out of this. Simply used three colours paper and used gold embossing powder on sentiment. The sentiment is from Paula's collection which I also LOVE.

Very nice card indeed.

23 Stamping Bella - Noa the Computer guy

This is one of my LOVEin stamps from very rare "Stamping Bella" collection for someone very special computer/ science boy. Lots of colours used as always & some butts. Bought some @ Craft Barn shop in Surrey. Their "Stamping Bella" collection is huge and as far as I know, they are the only one sells in the UK. B'cos I LOVE them so much, I even emailed US head office to send more to the UK!! I really did!

You can't see it properly but the image is 3D; pensil is cut-out, some parts of his hair, and laptop lid too. I went for little details with this card.

09 Kay Carley - Funky Frames (Flowers)

This is one of the Kay Carley Collection stamps called "Funky Frames". Actually I made this card & posted on my blog a while ago. Why not make one again?! B'cos I love it & hope my special friend will LOVE it also.

I used Paula's technic; initial stamped before I stamped the sentiment b-day stamp. Love it & it is nice touch.
