22 LotV's Teddy with Flower Bouquet
This is another LotV's stamp collection called "Teddy with Bouquet". I
kept this one for a special occasion & the time has come! Well, I am not
quite satisfied with the card above. I spent ages deciding what colours
to use for the bouquet paper etc... I mean "ages" is several days!
Really!
The card above is A5 size. I never used a piece of paper to a card
before. I also struggled to fold into half.... This is the biggest card
that I have made so far in my card-crafting career. I didn't have an
envelope for it either, so I made one too with red inner paper (see
above next to the card). I own an "envelope maker" from the craft
companion range but their instruction didn't have A5 size so I did
struggle a little once again (wasted few A3 papers...).
The stamp image area (top half) is I am satisfied with but the bottom
half of the card is just.... I am speechless.... The card size was so
big. I was not used to have so much blank area to work on before. I
needed the card next day & I sort of push it too hard on that big flower
& pine leaf thing; it just didn't go with it... Well well, hopefully I
can do better next time.
I made it 3D image as usual. Absolute perfect cuts with little details
(I think I went too far with that perfection!!). Also used couple of
gems, glitters, embellishment pin etc, high budget card this is!
I really hope she gonna like it.
FYI - finished @ 2:45am as usual.... I really enjoyed making this one
tho :) I learned from my mistake once again.

19 Happy Birthday Josh L!
I love this card! This is from Stamping Bella collection called "Spencer
the Bookworm". A very quick card for a special boy! I bought this from
Craft Barn @ Surrey few months ago. As far as I am aware, they are the
only UK supplier has "stamping bella" collection and they do have huge
collections there"! I remember I spent ages looking @ them! "Ages" mean
several hours! Really! I guess their stamps are imported from US, it is
not cheap stamps. I am hoping many people will buy it more then the
price might fall a little?! So go & buy some now!
Stamping Bella site (US) has totally different stamps from Craft Barn
shop. I guess we have the "old" collection here in the UK. I can't wait
to see the new collection in the UK soon (please)!
A very happy birthday to you Josh & study hard please!
Big hug & lots of Love, from Mika xxx

14 LotV's Get Well Bunny
This is for a gentleman who has rushed into A&E yesterday... Hoping to
see him in few days... A quick card for one of my special friend. This
is one of the LotV's stamp collection called "Get Well Bunny". Not new;
it has been around for a while.
Here again, well past midnight... I better go to bed.
Hope you like the card & enjoy.

13 LotV's Lazy Afternoon
As many card-crafter will know where the stamp image comes from; I am
one of the big fan of LotV's (Lili of the Valley) stamp collection. They
are just so lovely. I was really disappointed from the last purchase
from them (didn't get my items for at least 3 weeks"!), I thought I will
never buy anything from there (!) but "accidentally" I saw few new stamp
collection, how could I NOT... Bought "few" once again...
The price is good. Below £4 each is superb price I say. They all come
with "unmounted" so you have to glue onto blocks to use it (that's
probably the only thing I do not like).
Please just look @ the photo above - it is gorgeously done indeed - some
did not like the card tho :( but I will ignore HIM! I guess the card
looks a bit girly made... Putting flowers somehow made a bit girly but I
tried to use the flower colour "light" so it doesn't stand up too much.
I needed to use bigger card so I didn't know what to do with such big
spaces around it - I didn't have much other choices.
Hope you enjoyed the card above b'cos I just LOVE it!

10 Fairy cupcakes - Part 1
I made this card for a lady but she has a young daughter so I made it
for her (more like). I think I "over did it" a bit... Looks too
messy...I don't have much time so I think I will go with this card but I
have another idea (sort of) so I might re-make this card very soon.
The only thing I liked about this card is the below.
Its "kanban" stamp collection that I bought in the summer this year. I
found out that this stamp collection has discountinued so if you find it
on the net, I would suggest to buy it!
Oh no - I wanted this card to be nice.... Not satisfied with the card...
One of thoes days, I guess.

09 High Heels Crazy!
Very rare to use tall sized card (maybe my second time in my crafting
career!). Don't you just LOVE it?! Oh my, I really LOVE this one. I had
this Hero Art collection for a while but I didn't use much of it before
& yesterday's "heel" card inspired me :)
This is not my original idea card (found in magazine) but I sort of "3D"
imaged the heels, glittered, embossing powder for gloss touch images,
and used jewels too. Absolute perfect cut out & glued together. It took
me a while to make this card & probably too expensive (in cost) for one
card! Oh my, I really enjoyed making this one.
This is for someone who had her b-day few months ago. She was so upset
that I didn't make one for her so I had to do "belated b-day" card... It
is a long story (she is going on about it for few days/weeks now so I
had no choice...). She better likes this one because I LOVE this card &
I wanted to keep it by myself!
An another card that I am so attached to... & hard to let it go once
again... Bye card...

08 Pink Heel
I made this "pink heel" card many times (as per request); just LOVE it.
I really like the V&A paper collection too. They are one of my favourite
and paper quality is good & nice in thick. This card is quite big size;
managed 30-40 people signed it! I am going to give this away on coming
Monday (also hoping she is not going to see my blog...).
The sentiment is from Personal Impression collection. Distress technic
is used for vintage look; also LOVE it.
Hard to give my hand-made cards away everytime.... I hope she gonna LOVE
it!

07 Doggy & Butterfry
Had enough with the Xmas spirit; I gonna move onto someting else from
today!!
Bought this stamp sets (Hero Art collections) in the summer 2010 when
someone from my village asked me to make a "dog" theme card. I noticed
from my stamp stash; I thought I don't own any dog stamps but I actually
did have one. This is probably my second time making "Dog" card in my
card-crafting career. I made few more of dog cards after this tho :) I
forgot to take a photo of it so I might make it again near future...
I just LOVE this one & so as them (got "TY" present in return etc!!
OMG!!).
I also like using square card (5"). I think I used square shape cards
than any others so far. I wish I had bigger size than 5"... I better
look for it again on the net surfing (<- that's also a bad idea...).

06 Xmas Card Collection 2009: Santa Slide
Last day - Day 11 of Xmas card collection 2009:
I like "11" so I will call it today is my last day for the Xmas
collections! And it is MY last day, this is my favourite stamp image I
used for many Xmas cards last year! I tried out all sorts of backing
papers, die-cutting, coloures etc. Simply I just LOVED making this
cards! I dont' think I mentioned this before; I made over 100 cards in
three weeks!! I had less than 3 hours beauty sleep in December everry
single day! I will not do this AGAIN this year so I am now slowly
starting Xmas cards making now. I made 8 cards so far & many more to
go...
I just hope I am not making that mistake again this year and hope to
have peaceful December to come...

04 Xmas Card Collection 2009: Xmas tree
Day 9 of Xmas card collection 2009:
I personally don't fancy using "peel-off" as main object but I did make
some to try it out something new at that time. I somehow liked it and I
made few versions of that. I think this is my BEST two above. Enjoy!

03 Xmas Card Collection 2009: A Present
Day 8 of Xmas card collections 2009:
I used another "free-goodie" from card-crafting magazine. I think I made
three versions of this. It was my quick card that I made in addition.
