31 Fisher man with a BIG fish!
I totally forgot to make one for someone very special - I made this card
a day before his b-day (nearly in trouble"!). Very quick card & simple
one.
I better do better next year!!

30 Hedgehog Fishing on the Boat
I made this one for my sister's one year old son. I used border punches
to look like waves and distressed the edges. Also used the dies to cut
out the stamp image in big scalloped square shape to make it a little
soft touch. I just LOVE that backing papers too! Good to use for baby
card. At the end, I added a little blue gems for my finishing touch!
Here again, I used the b-day sentiment from Personal Impression stamp
collection. I stamped three time to complete that little circle
sentiment. I just LOVE using those stamps! I really do! I did enjoyed
making this card but making that sentiment part was most enjoyable of
the day!
Oh forgot to mention, I love that headgehog stamp - where did I get it
from?!
PS. I completed this card @ 2:30am.... I better start to learn how to
make cards in the day light time....

29 Shopping Girl Go Wild & Thank YOU!!
Oh my - I really like this card! The stamp was one of the free goodies
from the magazine which was a surprise present from my best friend who
bought it for me (Thank you""!!). To say "TY" urgently, I made this card
middle of the night (until 3am!"). I don't' think I never mentioned this
in my blog; I am a night card-crafter! I somehow get more into it passed
midnight! I know, I am a strange girl...
I spent enough time to choose the backing paper on that night. Really a
long long time! Here again, I also used the "TY" and "with LOVE" stamps
from Personal Impression stamps collection. Just a right size as always!
Putting that pink ribbon was my last decision - I think it worked well.
And the dotted brown paper was accidentally found it in my stash & I
think it worked well too.
I have few more stamp images from that stamp collection. I am looking
forward to colouring that images in few days time :)
THANK YOU once again!!

28 My Master Piece card
I was waiting for this day to put this amazing card that I made for
someone very special. I made this card a year ago so double sided tapes
are starts to show at the top... I spent several hours to complete such
detailed b-day card for someone!
This is one of my master piece as of today!!!
He loves yacht, swimming, fishing, has few detailed sun burn marks of
his polo shirts, sandal, watch and trouser mark too on his skin. Also
loves that strawberry bright-green underwear that people just laugh
at.... He has a big yellow duck on the yacht & his bathroom, with
seagull's poo landed on top his head before too... Oh gosh, I could not
go more details than that in the tiny little card!
Well, hope he liked it... because I just LOVE this card!!

27 Three flowers with stamping
I also seen this similar card in the magazine. Three flowers are
actually a stamp. I cut it out to look like punches. I tried two
versions above but it didn't quite go well as I wanted to...
For the blue version, I decided to put a little stone gems in the middle
of the flower with silicon glue. I still don't know why but the glue did
not go dry after 3 weeks! It is true! Because I put the card in the
plastic bag, the soft glue went everywhere so eventually I grossed all
three flowers with the gross glue. But still, the silicon glue doesn't
get dry! Then I decided to leave the card on the window. I thought need
a little sun to dry the glue?? - well it did dry after another two weeks
but then too much sun on the card made my nice dark blue got faded (look
above...)... Disaster...
For the orange version, I don't like it at all... I don't know why I
stamped it with orange to start with.... Another disaster story of my
card-crafting life....
Well I guess I learn from my mistakes... Not too much "mistake" I hope.

26 Flower punches
I saw similar card in the magazine few months ago. This is also a copy
cat card but I really liked it. This is also my very first card that I
used DL size paper (long in lengh) with. It didn't quite go well as I
expected but its ok. The lovely backing papers are just so thin. They
could of used a bit thicker paper!!! Well less cost to produce I
guess.... I just had another good idea using this punches! I might make
one tomorrow :)
A small note to the lovely sentiment b-day stamp, I just love it! Its
from Personal Impression collection. The size is just perfect that I
don't really make big cards so just a right size. I love that
collection - I think I might have almost entire collection of stamps in
my stash! Oh I should not of said that - sheee shiiii....

25 High Heel shoe
This is a copy cat card that I made from one of the magazine that I
subscribed for recently. Received that nice pack of papers, stamps and
punches with it for free - very nice indeed. I really like this
high-heel card so I made it from scratch. After I made this card, I
realised that there was a template die at the back of the magazine....
lol....I draw the heel & made a die for it (spent good few mins!). I
actually made another one similar for a teenage birthday girl :) Hope
she liked it.

22 Flowers with Distressed Spray
Made in Jane Gill's class @ Glitter Pot once again. I personally do like
yellow too. Her idea of using white embossing powder and then distress
with water spray it - so effective and its just lovely. Using border
punches with the long strip of paper and made into a flower. Another
lovely idea too. I never thought of that! Once again, I learned so much
on that day, I was too overwhelmed. Surprisingly I didn't buy much on
the day that I was too excited from Jane's class (Well actially I went
on the net shopping that night instead...).
White embossing powder idea is just unforgettable!! I want to implement
that idea for Xmas cards this year.
OMG! I better start doing Xmas cards early this year! I gonna run & look
for some Xmassy ideas now!

21 Cats in the Box
You might already noticed - I made more Cats card than dogs. I LOVE
cats. Prefer cats than Dogs. But I like them both really (I can't make
up my mind...). Not my best but I used Sizzix embossing folder at first
time for this card. I didn't like Sizzix embossing folders, prefer
Cuttleburg ones best for embossing. I tried to emboss it harder but I
just couldn't do it with Sizzix. I only have three embossing folders
from Sizzix. I think I will stick with Cuttleburg brand.
I made this card long ago & I think I used this stamp only twice so far.
The stamp is from Margaret Sherry Collection bought it @ Glitter Pot few
years ago. Her stamps are quite expensive tho! I have few animal stamps
from her collection. I just LOVE them all! I haven't bought her stamps
for a while. I might surf on the net later if there are any good ones
out. Also I might do some stamping tonight :) Another sleepless night to
come...

20 Quick Blue Flower card
Quick flower card made in Jane Gill's class @ Glitter Pot. Instead of
using ink pad, we used coloured pen & then stamped it. We could choose
coloures, papers, ribbon etc whatever we wanted so I choosed blue. I
like blue. Round & round sentiment stamp is one of my favourite from
Hobby Art stamp collection. I absolutely love that ribbon I used above.
Must get some more!
It was truly a quick card. Made it in less than an hour. I personally
prefer to spend time on one card but I really like this card.
As you might already guessed, I made a big stamping disaster where the
sentiment is.... Big mess... Then I used the blue coloured pen to fix it
around the edge of flowers but it didn't work!! Panic!! I was nearly
given up on this card and maybe start over but I got over it & used my
brain a little (see below). It did somehow worked and I actually like it
as it is. However I don't think I can give this card to anyone...
Another disaster story of my card crafting life..

16 Distressed Flowers
I am not sure about the stamps but I do like this card a lot. Made in
Jane Gill's class @ Glitter Pot once again. Learned how to use distresed
ink liquid/ pads. I truly enjoyed making this. I just LOVE happy b-day
sentiment - bought this online from somewhere (sold out @ Glitter Pot).
I like that border punch too from Martha Stewart. I might buy that punch
in the near future. Good card.

14 Lovely Rose
Lovely card - I think I made this in Jane Gill's class @ Glitter Pot. I
actually didn't finish the card so I've done it at home. I personally
don't like to ribon used but I like it a lot. Made a hole in the card
(only second time I made a whole in the card!), stamp image thru the
whole and more on top of card. Really lovely. I sort of personalised it
a bit; highlighted the flowers and added extra rose. Good idea and
technich by Jane. Still so much to learn from her everytime I visit.

12 Hand Draw Flower card
This is quite embarrassing card really. I had no stamp or images to make
a card when I start card crafting and I thought "why can't I just draw
it & look like stamp?!" so here it is... Disaster card really. I don't
think I can give away to anyone but I tried real hard to make it right
by using embossing folder, glitter the flower and image edges, put
ribbons etc. But it didn't work... Well, I had to try it out! This is
why and when I stop drawing images myself and gone crazy buying so many
stamps as of today...
[Too embarrassing talking about my card above, I am changing my subject
now!!]
I really like "Oh My Word" sentiments die collections. I have most of
their circle, flower cut sentiments dies in all sorts of colours. They
are so useful and make my card look so professional & shines. I used
this a lot for my Xmas cards too. I highly recommend to keep some stock
in your craft bag for speedy card making.

11 Kay Carley's Doggie cards
Kay Carley's afternoon class @ Glitter Pot few months ago. She was the
one made me to LOVE the Martha Stewart's border punches!! This was my
very first cards that I used border punches. I bought the border punch
on that day. Bought lots of her stamp collections too. This is one of my
favourite cards that I made in Glitter Pot class.
Kay used "Copic" pens in her class but I seriously prefers "Latraset"
promarkers. I have all sets now :) In Japan, "Copic" pens are used very
commonly especially in "Manga" manias. I think everyone has the whole
sets. I might buy the whole sets in Japan next time I go there. It costs
triple less price than here - big bargen. I think Japan has most lovely
"stationery item" selections than anywhere in the world. Every
department stores has it and that is one of the places I stop by for a
peek (and buy...). Evil place really. Better go there without my credit
card... Oh and also, all sorts of "discount stores" has it too. I think
I gonna get some all "Sakura" pens too next time - I am telling you; it
is so cheap in Japan. I better start list up my shopping list soon :)

08 Kay Carley's Flower collections
I think many card-craters would know who's stamp it is; its Kay Carley.
Can I just say, she is lovely person & very organised. Talented person.
I attended her class for a day @ Glitter Pot once again. It was my very
first time using "distressing ink" and absolutely fall in love with that
ink pad. I bought the whole set (of 36) in one go! OMG! Also totally
loved and enjoyed making this, I bought the stamp collection too.
Totally changing my subject. I find very difficult stamping sentiments
- all the time. I think I put too much ink on the stamp or something; it
is so hard! Once, I stamped over 30 times for just a simple "B-day"
words but I still couldn't get it right. I have so much to learn
still....
Ah, love card crafting tho!!
I will show you what I made in the afternoon class ran by Kay Carley.
Its lovely too!!!

07 Watch the step!
I enjoyed colouring this. I think its Penny Black collection. It was my
very first time that I used ribon on the card a year ago. I remember
struggling how to put the ribbon on the card. I cut out two ribbon whole
with knife - that was tough. I never thought of there are punches
available for that purposes at that time.
Old time memory once again....

06 Flower twist
I saw this somewhere similar and I made it a year ago. This was my very
first card that I used from CD - the patterned paper and cut out, put
together to look like flower. I never thought I would use one of "free"
CD but I did and probably my last... I really don't like much printing
out on the printer. It is nothing to do with crafting itself only the
paper that I have is very thin and I don't have suitable paper to
printout (need to buy thick paper!). It is because the paper is so thin
& cheapy, I can't glue with anything (e.g. double sided tape, silicon
glue etc). Ando also I don't want to try thicker paper on the printer
that costed me couple of hundreds pounds and break it because of it...
Well, I can try one day but today is not the day!!

04 Hello Kitties again!
Just found one of my old card in my stash - really love "W.Snapper"
collection stamps. I haven't bought any stamps from that collection for
a long time (over a year?). This is one of my favourite stamp. I didn't
coloured in right but I needed to get used to the water-coloured pencils
at that time. I also didn't do well on the cutting the edge either -
used wave shaped scissor (I didn't have "Sizzix Big Shot" at that
time...).
I think I gonna search on the net for new collection & get some "treat"
for myself this evening :)

02 DL sized flowers
Also made in Jane Gill's class @ Glitter Pot. I couldn't catch-up to
finish the card so I customised a bit by using three punch holes thing
(I forgot the name of punch thing!). I actually like this card as wel.
This was also my very first "DL sized" card that I made. Coloured in
with Distress ink (water based) and a little cute pink embolishment. I
can't remember that stamp; but it is defnetely new ones; 2010 collection
of something...
I think I am too drunk to remember anything tonight. Off to bed & night
night xxx

01 My first Butterfly
I made this card @ Glitter Pot class ran by Jane Gill few weeks ago. She
is a lovely person & attended two classes so far with her. She is
talented, very experienced, knowledgeable, and her technique is just
outstanding. She always uses different kind of things in every way. Her
classes are always educational but still enjoyable.
For making this card, we used die cutting, embossing folders, vellum
papers, butterfly/ flower punches, border punch, ribbons, using distress
ink to highlight a bit, stamping sentiments, using gems, even rolled-up
vellum paper & stacked on middle of butterflies. SO MUCH techniques!!! I
first thought I will not be able to do this in 2 hours but I did!
Not my type of card to make but I like the colours she used and I
actually love it somehow... This is definitely the one to keep for a
long time.
